Mastering by Bradford Krieger
Mastering is the final step in the recording process. It’s when we wrap up a single or album, and get it ready to send off to distribution - whether it’s headed to a top Spotify playlist or to the lacquer cutter for vinyl pressing.
My philosophy is to get things sounding loud, competitive, and fresh - I want the songs to pop and have impact. That means working to the current loudness standards from the major streaming services to ensure that what you hear from me is what your fans will hear when they listen at home.
When you receive masters from me you will have peace of mind and know that the project you’ve worked so hard on every step of the way is finished and ready to go.
Bradford Krieger and Big Nice Studio are proud to be on the Apple Digital Masters (ADM) approved provider list. This service provides a way for artists to deliver high-resolution masters with this highest audio fidelity to Apple streaming services.

I’ve produced work for Polyvinyl, Sony, Merge, Run for Cover, and many smaller labels. My commercial and film clients include Disney, Apple, AMC, and Scholastic. I’m a member of IATSE 481 and was the Pro Tools playback operator on the 2021 Academy Award-winning film CODA.
My current rate is $85/track for digital masters, including a round of revisions. Vinyl and cassette masters are available as well. I am happy to offer reduced rates to folks facing financial hardship.
