Big Nice Studio is a full service recording studio, offering affordable tracking, mixing, mastering, as well as ADR and post production services.
Our studio is ten minutes from Providence, RI and an hour from Boston, MA. We're located in a former textile mill built in the 1840s that sits on the bank of the Blackstone River. We have over 8000 sq ft divided into a live chamber with 32' ceilings, a second live room with an open control area layout, a spacious isolation booth, and various other smaller acoustic spaces.
Our recording philosophy focuses on creating a comfortable, at-home feeling. Top shelf recording equipment, warm and friendly engineers, and tons of off the wall instruments and toys to play around with. We’re happy to accommodate projects and budgets of all shapes and sizes.
